SignalPost.space provides a free visual and musical creation "Studio". This service allows generating personalized images. A musical ambiance can be associated with it: this is accessible when viewing the creation via its unique SignalPost link.

2. User Liability

"By using this studio, you agree to be solely responsible for the texts written. Any hateful, illegal, defamatory, or violent content is strictly prohibited."

The user undertakes to respect the rights of others and the laws in force. In particular:

  • • Content Respect: Prohibition of writing abusive or contrary to public order remarks. The user guarantees the publisher against any third-party action related to the content of their messages.
  • • Spam Combat: It is strictly prohibited to use SignalPost visuals or links for spamming operations or unsolicited mass mailings.

SignalPost.space acts as a technical tool publisher "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Studio.

3. Ownership and Logo

For direct shares on social networks, only the image is exported.

To let your loved ones enjoy the complete visual and musical experience, it is recommended to share the link generated by the Studio.

The SignalPost.space logo affixed to the creations is a signature of the tool used. Its presence implies no approval or validation of the message written by the user.

4. Free Service and Access

Access to the site is entirely free. Your words are priceless, which is why we impose no subscription or intrusive advertising.

We strive to keep the service available 24/7. However, the liability of SignalPost.space cannot be engaged in case of force majeure, server outage, maintenance, or external intrusion (hacking). No service continuity guarantee is provided.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

SignalPost.space is designed according to a data minimization principle:

  • • Confidentiality and Storage: Each creation is anonymously recorded in our database, without any association to your identity.
    Technical note: The content is stored on our servers to allow its consultation; the unique link allows your browser to reconstitute the experience upon reading.
    We keep no public directory or archive accessible by third parties. The generated link is under your sole responsibility. The publisher practices no active monitoring or systematic consultation of created contents.
  • • Absence of Tracking: No third-party advertising tracking cookies are used on this site. We collect no nominative data (name, email, profile) for the use of the Studio.
  • • Security and Obligations: In accordance with legislation, only technical connection data (logs) are kept by the host for a limited duration, in order to ensure service security and meet potential legal obligations.

6. Language Provisions

In the event of any contradiction or divergence in interpretation between this translation and the official text, the French version of the Terms of Use shall prevail.
